Who handles your data

cpmarat.com belongs to Marat Mouradov, a private individual in independent practice. I decide personally what is collected and why, and I am responsible for it.

What I collect

Through the form on this site, you give me:

• the name or form of address you entered;
• the way you prefer to be reached (Telegram, WhatsApp, email or other);
• the formats of participation you marked as interesting;
• your message, if you wrote one.

Separately, the hosting provider automatically records technical details of each visit: IP address, browser and device type, date and time. Those records exist for security and for keeping the site running.

I do not collect health data, religious or political views, or other special categories of data. Please leave such details out of the form — a personal conversation is the place for them.

Why I use it

Only to answer you and agree a time to talk. I do not use it for mailings and I do not pass it on for advertising.

The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the box before sending the form.

Who else sees it

No one, apart from the technical providers the site cannot run without:

• Hostinger — hosting the site and storing enquiries;
• the email provider that delivers the notification of your enquiry.

They act as data processors and use the data only to provide that service. I do not sell your data or share it for any other purpose.

How long I keep it

Enquiries are kept as long as they are needed for our correspondence, and no longer than two years after our last contact. You can ask me to delete them sooner at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• receive a copy of the data I hold about you;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have it erased;
• restrict or object to the processing;
• withdraw consent at any time, which does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal;
• receive your data in a machine-readable format;
• lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

To exercise any of these, write to the address above. I will reply within one month.

Cookies

The site uses only technical cookies needed to run and secure it. There is no advertising or analytics tracking. You can block cookies in your browser and the site will still work.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this page with a new date.
